I am wondering if anyone has run into this problem and if there is a fix available. I can’t seem to find this part anywhere. Progressive is telling me that it is part 51622-0C030. When look this up I see it as the bracket that the bump stop would hit. From what I can tell this part was riveted to the frame. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Like 2006 with 298k on it. Paint wearing off I have damage to driver side bed and driver side rear door from people backing into them. Other than those cosmetic damages and this shock mount it runs great. I would like to keep it is I can find a reasonable fix

Sorry I am working as I am new to this forum thing. I see you said rust. The rust is minimal. This part is the worst of what there is for rust and it is all surface rust.

Man, that rear driver bedside is ripe and ready for some dildo dent repair!

How did that thing blow out like that? That's wild.

New part number nixes the hyphen, it's just: 516220C030
Description is: Frame assembly plate. Frame rail stiffener. Suspension support. It's pictured as being here, #19:

If you go to the Toyota Parts site, it'll show you what it fits, your truck seems to be there:

Shifty, thanks for the response. I think the blowout got me to the correct part I need. It is part #9, 51209-0C013. The piece just to the left of the arrow where #9 is pointing that is in the shape of an upside down bowl is the piece that broke off the whole larger part.

Part #9 is the X-shaped crossmember for the spare tire.

The part to the left of it without a number, I thought, was just the driver's side version of part #19?

The part blowup at the Toyota Parts site couldn't be any less helpful... But I think it's showing it's that part you highlighted next to #9 ... (link)
