How much does it cost for a off-road shop to install a RC 1.75 level kit?

That kind of thing can vary greatly depending on your location and the shop doing the work. I would expect the cost to be in the 300-600 range.

Usually off-road shops make money doing lift kit installs. It shouldn't be costing them much to install one.

I paid $250 when I had the RC 1.75 leveling kit installed in the fall of 2019. Then another $90 for an alignment. The guy had a hook up at the local tire store so I went in right and didn't have to wait in line. I had other estimates as high as $450.

Meh. Don't be so hard on the fella. Don't you ask your friends who have experience in something questions before you dive into it for your first time? Kinda the same thing here. Maybe he wants to see what a fair price is to make sure he's not being taken advantage of. :crapstorm:

@vbobxSurf...first reply is pretty accurate. It's going to vary amongst shops, but I think most shops will charge 4 hours of labor + the cost of the alignment. It's a fairly basic install and really won't take them that long. It's probably closer to 2 hours of labor for most shops. However, 4 hours of labor is a somewhat common shop minimum for this type of install. At least around my area anyways.

So you're probably looking at $300 - 400(ish) for the install and another $100-$150 for the alignment. And, just in you case you ask the next common question: Yes, you'll need an alignment afterwards.

Also...post pics of your truck (if you want) in the Official 2022 Tundra 3rd Gen Thread and show it off to the world! :) Welcome to the forums!

Thank KroppDuster! I put my deposit down 2 weeks ago. The build date starts tomorrow. Hope it takes less than 30 days to get from Texas to Richmond, VA!

Anywhere from 3-6 labor hours at whatever labor rate the shop charges, plus an alignment

Just a spacer install usually is around $100-$300. Westcott lift kit at local tire shop is $380 w/out alignment. The shop i called doesn't have the alignment specs so probably will need to be aligned at dealer. Well known toyota modding shop in my area charges $700 for the westcott lift installation (I've had a lot of work done by this shop on my other truck and the quality of work was excellent). Prices very from shop to shop. Call multiple shops in your area and hopefully you find that can do the work for a decent price.

They ordered the kit for me, then a half day of labor, total I paid them was $450.
