Hello!I’ve been driving Chevrolet Silverados for almost 20 years, and I’ve had enough of never-ending repairs… I just bought a 2018 4x4 Tundra that should arrive tomorrow!

Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! Congrats! And just so you know, you do NOT have to keep sending Christmas cards to your GM service advisor!

I have a similar story. My 2018 has been absolutely awesome. I tell everyone that I should have done this way sooner. Best 1/2 ton out there. Period

Welcome from MD. Did the same thing in 2020 when my 2015 Silverado started acting up as it approached 100K miles.

Got a 2020 Tundra TRD Pro. Love it and glad I made the switch. I get a fair share of compliments on the truck and my upgraded sound system.

You will love your new Tundra!

    Welcome from Maine. :fistbump:

I feel ya. I drive a turdburger 2017 Silverado at work. Third transmission at 109k miles and the latest repair bill (not including the trans):

Never had so much as a single hiccup with my ‘18 Tunny. Husbands ‘03 Tundra is at 300k trouble-free miles.

Welcome and greetings from Minnesota. The only Chevy I still have is my 64 Corvette. I don’t mind tinkering on that one.

    What’s wrong with stock?
My 03 Silverado became unreliable with 185k. I replaced the radiator and the next day the transmission went out. Got tired of replace and repair since I bought new in 03. Got a 22 and I know I won’t regret it. The wife’s 01 4Runner that she refuses to get rid of has 245k and yes we have had some issues but nothing like the Chevy.
