    Too many…scratch that…not done yet.
Another thot OP on the slow trickle fueling; Was this the first time you were adding fuel since the install?
Did you recently add any fuel additive to the tank?
I assume you removed the filler neck when you dropped the tank?
If so, you might want to check the tank-side adapter where the filler neck attaches to the tank. There’s a little screen in there…don’t know if it’s to stop debris or gas thieves…but it’s an easy check to make sure there’s nothing blocking the screen/ inlet.

FWIW; I had a similar experience last year when I went to add a fuel additive, while getting gas.
The little paper insert from the inside of the cap of my additive came out when I was opening the bottle, and (as if guided by the Devil) the f’n thing floated straight into the filler inlet. **couldn’t do that again in 10M tries!!!
And well…same story. It would barely take any gas. Fortunately I was just a few miles from home.
In my case, I just disconnected the filler neck and sure enough, it was sitting on top of the little screen. Used a pick tool to removed and was good to go.
