Installed my own footwell lights for under $20

Will do a write up sometime this weekend, but cost me less than $20 in parts and took about 30 mins!

Already had some wire, a relay, and other electrical stuff

 

Nice. I have been planning to do the same. Where did you get power from for the relay?

 

Pulled a wire straight from the battery. Could’ve probably just tapped a fuse but already had this wire run from a different project

 

Thanks. I just realized you created your own switched circuit. Trying to learn where I can tap into the existing interior light circuit so they come on when any door is opened.

 

yea me 2 want it controlled by overhead map dome switch
