Power point problem

    New on here and I have an issue with a 2016 SR5 . My power point fuse is good but have no power coming to the fuse . Does anyone know which is the relay for the power points . Radio and the power points are dead. Also have problems with the factory alarm it no longer beeps when locking. Any help greatly appreciated.

    Never heard of something named a power point....power supply maybe? Sounds like a bad battery.

    Have you tried rebooting? Often times this solves many problems.

    Are you talking about the outlets? On my 2018 the relay is “P/OUTLET NO.1”, same as the fuse. Sounds like you’ve got bigger electrical gremlins though. Check your battery first, like Cruz mentioned. Bad/dying batteries do all sorts of random things on these trucks.

    What I'm referring to is the cigarette lighter . The 15 amp fuse is good but no power to the fuse

    You checked the fuse in the cigarette lighter? Or use a different power accessory in the outlet to see if it works?

    I did jump power and I can get the radio to come on but not the 12v power outlets front or rear
