Can’t find the center rear seat belt receptacle?

I might be going crazy. I had three people in my back seat this weekend for the first time and could not find the receptacle receiver for the center seat belt. My son and I lifted both seats and looked high and low and could not find. It would logically be right next to the passenger side rear receptacle and it seems like there’s space for it. The belt would cross over to that spot but can’t find it. Help!
