Hello All. For those of you that have had the TRD lift kit installed. 3 questions please

    1. Ride difference of any at all (especially those with a 1794 with the TRD off road package)

    2. What size tires did you go with. Anyone not go with a E rated tire

    3. How hard of a hit did you take on the MPG

    THANKS

Do you know once you put a lift kit or make any kind of modifications to your new vehicle, the warranty could be voided.

Op is asking about the Trd lift kit, which is by Toyota, installed at a dealership, warranty or a not void

    1. Ride quality is about the same. Maybe a little bit harsher but not enough to where it is bother me.
    2. I went with 285 70 18
    3. The real impact was on the mpg as is with all lifts and tires. I went from 18's to 13's mpg. I am a bit of a lead foot though and I like to get to my destination as fast as I can.

    1. Rides night and day better than my platinum did with the Westcott level. I can actually go over harsh spots in the road and square edge bumps without a jarring effect in the cab. Very planted and comfortable feel. My truck is a commuter and family hauler though so no off-road review.

    2. 35x12.5 on the BBS Pro wheels. Slight rub on sway bar at full lock both directions. Not enough to worry about. Turning radius is already bad so it’s just a little worse.

    3. E rated. I like the durability.

    4. I’ve been on 35s since new. But I did notice maybe an mpg drop because the air dam is removed. 15 on computer. So maybe 16.5 when factoring in the speedo being off from tire size increase?

I couldn’t figure out why your truck kept making my brain go WTF until I realized you pulled the black vinyl off the windows
