Getting pretty old. Always a newbie with a first post, blown engine/need a new transmission/ strange motor noise/ engine metal grinding/ Toyota can't sale trucks/etc. I realize there are some issues with this new truck but always a newbie with a serious (lol) issue. Wastegate aside, not many serious issues posted buy long time members. Ratio is too far off. Please don't feed the trolls lol. Go ahead and flame me but I will get at least a couple likes

Thanks for your post Gene. I’ve been thinking the same thing myself. Reminds me of all the Amazon reviews in poorly written English claiming the item in question is terrible and giving 1 star reviews. Wouldn’t be surprised if some of these Toyota trolls are funded by the unscrupulous.

I am more of challenge the ideals of trolls type of person. Trolls keep trolling but if their false claims are not challenged they are taken for truth. YMMV

I hear ya but those are some pretty serious issues you mentioned, lol. I had to wait since April and just got the truck. I definitely depend on those with more knowledge having owned the trucks for a while and keeping me informed on what to look for. I hope I don't turn into the annoying troll, lol. Btw, love the truck so far, it has surpassed every expectation so far. We plan on taking the 30 ft tt in a couple weeks and can't wait to see how it does.

Thanks, weighing in at 7000lbs. Mine has a payload of 1350 lbs. I have an ez haul wdh, and was thinking of adding some airbags to level it out a bit The kind that mount to the frame, I think they're a 5000 series. I'm most concerned with sway coming from a previous leaf spring setup but there is a YouTube video floating around that they pulled one of that size. Although I wouldn't run my camper tt without one, they didn't use a wdh.
