@dirtydeeds has the best exhaust. Can get it from quiet to loud, adds up to 10HP and 20TQ, no loss of low end. Cold air intake- don't bother. You will not gain anything unless you have forced induction and the stock air setup is already a CAI, so save your $ on that to go for something else.

Here are the exhaust options. Many of us chose the standard stainless systems, muffler length determines sound, smaller the muffler the louder the exhaust. But you can get aluminized for less coin or a dumped setup for even less, but the dumped exhaust is louder, maybe too loud for you. Keith from DD can assist or answer any questions.

There are lots of threads you can find here on exhaust and almost all of them will tell you to call up dirty deeds industries and they will work with you for sound levels that you are looking for. Most other cat back exhausts cause you to lose torque.

Lots of threads on intakes as well. The intake on the Tundra is already pulling cold air from the fender on the passenger side, a drop in filter from K&N will increase air flow but I have seen some studies and chances are you will be sucking more dirt in so I'd plan on changing engine oil more often. The ONLY 2 intakes I've seen recommended is the TRD intake and the Stillen intake. I can recommend the Stillen but it will have a high pitch whistle at certain RPM's/loads like most cold air intakes. The Stillen does allow the intake air temp to drop about 10 seconds faster when you start moving over the stock intake. It has extra volume in the intake box over the stock intake but I'm not sure that makes much of a difference.

I do not have any experience with the TRD intake.

Be careful with oiled filters as they can mess up your MAF sensor. I went with a dry filter I will replace rather than a clean and oil.
