New Tundra Owner

Hi all. I just purchased my first Tundra on Sunday. I love it so far. It's a 2019 Crewmax SR5 with TRD package and 4x4. Only has 18k miles. I'm looking to learn about these trucks and also start doing small mods on it.

Welcome and greetings from Minnesota. You should also equip your new Tundra with catalytic converter shields if not already equipped. There are 4 catalytic converters under the truck that are very expensive and back ordered up to 6 months wait to get them.

A drain and fill of the transmission fluid at 30k miles isn't a bad idea either to help flush out break in particles and it would be a VERY good idea for long term transmission health to get a front mounted transmission cooler. Also, get a good undercoat/frame protectant for long term corrosion prevention. Apply Toyota Silicone Spray often (like once a month) to all rubber seals (and there are a lot of them). Use the Genuine Toyota Silicone Spray, as it's WAY better quality than the generic stuff you find at a parts store.

When you say all rubber seals, do you mean the trim of the windows?
