Includes all the standard stuff... Rainfly, mattress etc.
Overall, this tent is in near-new condition. It even has most/all of the plastic film on it that it ships with (usually meant to be removed when you initially purchase it, but I left it on).

Selling this simply because I'm moving my rig in a different direction...

If I were going to nit-pick, and I fully expect that any buyer would do the same, the only thing that would make this tent different than a brand new one would be this scuff on the side of the cover.
