door lock settings change after remote start?

got to ask , after setting 4 doors to unlock when I open truck , that works fine , but when truck is locked and use the app on phone to start it the settings revert back to front doors only unlocking upon opening, is there something im missing here ,thks

 

Does it only open the driver's door while it is remote started, or are you saying the truck will now default back to only the one door opening even say the next day when it is not remote started?

I could see it only opening the one door only when the truck is running during a remote start as some sort of "safety" feature or something.

Just tried it on mine and it's not acting the same as yours. Remote started the truck via the app. Grabbed the driver's door handle and it unlocked all 4 doors. Locked the truck again via the remote. Grabbed the door handle again, and it unlocked all 4 doors again.

 

o well, not a big deal , just wondering if it was a problem for everyone, thks

 

Well it doesn't appear to be normal, at least not on my truck. Have the dealer take a look at it.
