Why does my truck lean like this and how can I fix it?? So annoying
*suspension is fine, tire pressure are same on all four corners.
    * picture makes it look more off than it actually is. Left side leans about .75 of an inch

You have a steering column, a battery, and a gas tank all on the driver side. Common Toyota thing. A lot of guys shim the driver side suspension to level it out.

Have you done any suspension upgrades?

The lean is typically more prominent once you start fidgeting with OEM suspension especially leaf pack replacement

3/4" lean is not uncommon from the dealership on a lot of Toyota's. Many 4Runners have 1/2-3/4" lean in the rear from the factory (no one knows why they lean like that when new), and some Tundras get it too, but generally over time.

Can you post up your hub to fender measurements on all 4 corners? A simple spacer on top of the front strut low side could balance it out, if the lean is in the front.

DSL is all over this forum with ways to fix it. Get an adjustable collar shock, shim it, bunch of options. Search away…
