    Hello ALL!

I have a question about electrical issue and welding. Well I dropped my tundra off to get exhaust installed. The welder installed a 9v power source into the cigarette lighter and then disconnected the negative side of the battery to weld in the new flow master and tips. Once he was done he reversed the process. Started the truck up and parked it. I arrived to pay him and noticed that mil lights weee on now. The emergency brake light stays on, the VCS blinks on/off and the traction control light stays on. Now it pops a code c1300 skid control ECM malfunction. Truck drives fine. What could be the problem?
    Thanks
    Kris
