Toyota's Parts site (and recalls/TSBs also) will sometimes give you random-looking numbers to indicate which vehicles this applies to. Those numbers actually (in many if not all cases) correspond to the trailing numbers of your VIN. So if it says....

    1st Design 100900-348901
    2nd design 348902-529033

It means if your VIN ends in the range of 100900 - 348901, i.e.
5TBBT48166S100900 - 5TBBT48166S348901 then yours uses the first design

and if your VIN ends in the range after that, of 348902-529033, i.e.
5TBBT48166S348902 - 5TBBT48166S529033 then yours uses the second design

But really? Just stop by a local dealership with your VIN, and ask the parts counter. Or just call one up if there's none nearby. They should be able to tell you, and can probably give you the part# too. If you take the part number, and search it up at https://parts.toyota.com and order it there, you typically get it for 10-30% less than what you pay walking into the dealership and ordering it directly at the parts counter EVEN IF you choose 'dealership pickup' from the list of website cart options - just starting and completing your order on the website gets you a nice discount. I've saved up to 70% off what the dealership was asking ordering it online, and still went to that exact same dealership same-day to pick up the part.
