    Is it possible to swap a 04 sequoia 4.7 v8 with my o6 tundra. Same motor everything looks exact. What do I need to know

    No, the sequoia isn't vvti, the Tundra is. Plus I'm sure there a whole host of other differences.

    You're going to hit a wall with the wiring and ECU. Stick with '00-'04 2UZ. If you can go like-for-like, where the ECU has the same Toyota p/n on its face, it's plug-and-play. If the ECU part number is different, you'll probably want to snake the ECU and harness from the donor vehicle to install with the replacement engine.
