I did, all I really took away from it is a more sensitive pedal that I have to baby so I don't go hauling ass every time I pull away from a stop light. I tried eco mode too and generally played around with it to get a decent test in before making a decision whether to keep it or not.

Didn’t do everything today more like over the weekend but quick wash and swapped front bumpers just have to wire the corner lights. Side note I don’t recommend this bumper, pain in the butt to install.

Is that the seibon hood? I'm thinking of getting this! Can you send me more pics in a PM? Looking to see the latch area and underside of the hood.

Yanked out the back seats and started install of the sound deadening. Made the mistake of going a little too high on the back wall of the cab and the material stuck to the glass so I had to reach up in there and cut it back, then use a pry tool to slide between the glass and the cab to press the deadening material down. Got the back wall done and the interior can wall done and started on the window plate but the lady wants to hang out so that’s all for today

Makes a nice difference when you tap on the back wall with your hand or a hard object. Goes from a hallow metal tin can to a deep thud.
Just be careful of how high you push that material up the back wall… don’t get it stuck to the glass like I did :smack:

I used Anthracite PlastiDip and Glossifier, as that makes a nearly perfect body match with MGM.

I have no idea why I didn’t paint the clamp. I could have just masked the tightening nut, but after installing it, I didn’t beat the clamp up the way I thought I might when I was thinking through it.

It doesn’t show up too bad though.

Damn! I was hoping you’d say PlastiDip so I wouldn’t want to order those haha! Guessing they’re the TPO finish?

I’d be concerned about putting the bumper shells on being in the northeast. Feel like that’d end up rusting out the chrome.

Looks great though and glad to hear durability is there too.

When you measure how much more quiet the inside of the cab is, from before and after, how much of a difference does this make?

I recently did the plasti-dip followed by some bedliner in a can. Pretty cheap yo do all 4 corners and I'm loving the look. Texture is pretty close to the TPO and it blends really well with the plastic.

That stuff helps. I have the Stinger Roadkill Stealth in my doors. Makes the doors feel more solid when they close and helps with outside road noise as well.

Started a project with some stuff that I bought from another member. Gotta love the SEM. Funny thing I noticed today after having the truck for 2 years.....I never noticed that there are chrome rings around the AC control knobs.

I mistakenly bought the AJT 3 knob set up when I ordered the complete black out kit. They are just sitting on my tool box if you want them. Just cover shipping and they are yours

It's just the 3 knobs or that full kit in the 1st pic? They do look nice. I did my trim pieces with the SEM Trim black spray. The AJT stuff does look more aggressive for sure.

How long have you had it on for? Any chips or is the Berliner in a cab doing its job?

Thanks! I've only had it this way about 2 months, but my truck is always outside and even drove it thru a small hail storm with no issues. I used the Rustoleum Turbo bed liner and it works great. I think to do all 4 corners was like $50 (5 coats plasti-dip on each corner and 2 coats bedliner on the front and 1 on the rear)

Edit: some folks just use bedliner and get a year or 2 before they can see chrome thru the rock chips.

Wow very nice work. Your wiring work and fab skills are great. My wiring is such a mess right now.

Looks great man, this is exactly what i'm working on now too. Did you make that tray? I like that.
