I was in the dealership yesterday and was told that delivery of my 2023 is on track for its production date and is scheduled to arrive at the dealership between mid to end of November.

And the price is up 2k in Canada.

    Gratz!

When did you get the call for production date from the date you placed the initial order?

Happy for you! I put $3k deposit here with Servco and waited a year and lost to a lottery. Put $500 deposit ok a limited the same time just in case and a year wait and still waiting. I really hope you get the pro!!

That’s a bummer bro! I tried my luck on that Servco lottery too—twice! No luck. So I inquired at the Big Island and Maui Toyota, got lucky and now just waiting on the next allotment. They just had one last week, but it wasn’t the color I wanted (Solar Octane). Best of luck as well!

Thanks, you too. I don't even know! My partner and I dropped into the dealership to ask an unrelated question the other day and we were told to expect a call in a couple of weeks to finalize the deal.

I notice that you have an FJ...so do I. Wonderful vehicle.

I love my FJ! Never had any issues and has always gotten me out of those big holes during offroading gigs. Sadly, I’m selling this one once I get the Pro as my family is growing and need a bigger cabin. These rear FJ seats are getting cramped for 2 carseats and a teenager on trips.

I will also be putting my FJ up for sale. They are indestructible. Like you I need more space, but for dogs haha. That and my wife can't take the seats for long overland trips.

you put a deposit and they still did a lottery? I thought if you put the 3k down you’re just on a list

Lottery is for the Pro is how Servco does it I believe. I never had to put a deposit for the Pro for the two times I tried for the lottery. That’s why I went to Maui Toyota instead since they actually do a FCFS list for the Pro, no lottery/deposit. I believe they require a deposit for the non-Pro trim orders.

Thats what I thought too when I put my deposit down. Then was notified when the 1st four Pro allocations came in that it would be a lottery.

That’s weird.. as far as I was told Mapunapuna (where my deposit for the pro is at) is an “order” no lottery. Waipahu and Windward has the lottery but no need put a down until you win. which one did you have yours at?

I put my deposit in for a pro before Toyota announced the 3rd gen at Mapunapuna. They asked for a deposit at that time and was on order. It wasn’t till allocations was announced and my sales guy told me about the lottery. However he advised me in December about the lottery and that it would be a good idea to order a Limited Hybrid with $500 deposit just in case. Apparently the Pro is based on the lImited hybrid (I can’t say this is true).

Honestly, my sales guy had and has no communication and I have to initiate all follow up. If there was no need for a deposit on your end, that’s awesome. My guy asked for one. Maybe it had something to do with the fact I ordered one before announcement. All I know…I ain’t got a pro. Lol

I honestly just want a truck with bluetooth. My 2005 Tacoma treats me well, but I want my Tundra already. I sold my Tacoma Pro for more than I paid to make way for the Tundra.

yeah, ive heard that about the limiteds too. Yeah i did put a 3k deposit down at mapunapuna... oh well. Servco is really bad at communication, granted they might not have the information.. but you would think they would at least know pricing, i cant even get that info.

Maui Toyota gave me a “soft quote” of $73K for the ‘23 Pro OTD price. No mark-ups or dealer add-ons.

Approaching the one year anniversary of my Oct 2021 deposit on a Lunar Rock TRD Pro... ugh. Told not to expect it until at least next year. So, the old girl got a spa day.

My guy quoted $63k for the Limited Hybrid Trd Offroad Crew Cab Shortbed. Before tax and fees.

Not bad I guess. 23’ price. At least you got one on the way. I reached out to Kona Toyota and they said nothing available till mid year next year.

    Thanks man.

I’ve taken it off the market for the time being and will try in the spring. I have it fully built up as an overland vehicle.

I don’t have PRO coming, but my limited Hybrid is a 23. It’s confirmed, VIN# built and on a train. Deposit down since Nov 21…
