Need help on resetting factory settings for 2014 Tundra Blutooth and Phone now grayed out

    My Bluetooth and phone suddenly dropped off and when I went to reconnect both are grayed out and unavailable.

    Try disconnecting the battery for 20-30 minutes and see if it resets the Head Unit
