    2022 Tundra Platinum
    I just put a deposit on a Tundra Platinum this week. Dealer was not very clear on when it may come in and think I just got the standard answer. Is there any way to track or verify a build date? I have the temporary VIN 5TFNA55DB6NX34A834 and was able to load on Toyota to find the order date was 7/22. Or does anyone have any info they could provide of a likely timeframe i should be expecting? Trying to prepare myself for patience and only having one car for the wife and I. And, got rear ended today in our now 1 car! Looking forward to getting my Tundra! Thanks to any info provided.

    Welcome and greetings from Minnesota. I waited about 4 weeks from the time my 21 was “ordered” in October 2021 till the time I was notified that the truck hit the rail yard. Then it got caught up in a Safety Recall - Stop Sale because of the power steering issues. Toyota released my “new” 2021 to my dealership in early March 2022 and I finally took possession on March 8, 2022. Wait times are a crap shoot. Good luck.
