Hello just got a new to me 2021 Tundra SR5 Crew Max 4x4 off road in Barcelona Red Metallic with 35k miles. I thought the miles were higher then I was looking for but truck came pretty loaded so went for it. Hell thing will last for ever not and issues when really thinking about it plus its hard to find so went for it. Found one out of state and a good deal.

Came loaded with pretty much everything I wanted Technology Package, SR5 Package, Tow Package, Convenience Package, SR5 Upgrade Package, TRD Off-Road Plus Package, and was certified so pulled the trigger.

Came from a 2020 Tacoma 4x4 off road access cab and great truck just I could never get comfortable in seating position especially long distance. Great truck overall.

Looked at 2022 Tundra's few things price went way up for what I wanted pushing 56k ish ouch that was for a 2022 SR5 4x4. So what it came down to was I wanted V8 proven and from what I am seeing off the new v6 twin is mileage not the best so ok i get 6 more miles a gallon better in 2020 price increase its gonna take years to make up price difference in gas savings and I don't want to wait a year or more as well.

So here I am mods so far were put LED's in the interior upgraded now can see so much better. Went with rubber floor matts just don't like carpet ones. Why are door sill protectors not standard? So chap and easy well that was the other MOD so far. Exhaust next so looking options there gonna go Flowmaster I think.

Solid choice...but I am biased

I have the same truck. Color matching the grill surround and front bumper end caps and debadge it made a world of difference visually.

Welcome and greetings from Minnesota. If you experienced comfort issues in your Tacoma, you may want to look into a set of Desert Does It - seat jackers. They reposition the front edge of the seat about 1 1/4 inch to eliminate that sliding forward feeling. They worked great for my back problems.

I sold it the Tacoma and that was suggested but the Tundra is so comfortable compared to the Taco I got space and seating position is so much better.

Sorry for not making myself clear. The seat jackers are for the Tundra to eliminate the stock flat seat position. They tilt the seat back slightly. Some folks, like me say they are great. A few say no difference. You have to check it out for yourself.

Lots of little mods but the ones that make me happy all the time are upgraded stereo and remote start.
