What are these wire harnesses in my truck bed?

    What are these wire harnesses in my truck bed? I'm not able to figure it out, it runs from the box and into the back of my cab in the Crewmax. They appear to attach to the accessory rail but I'm not sure what they do?

    They don't connect to the bed. They drain into the gap between the bed and cab.
