Headlight adjustment motor buzz

So still trying to fix my ooopsies reference my previous post. Just waiting for the replacement motor to arrive. It buzzes bad when the headlights are on

Question for those who’ve taken apart their headlights. Does anything look out of place? Am I missing any gears? I noticed when I move the slide adjuster (circled in red) the motor starts up and buzzes when I have it in one spot it stops.

How do I correctly put it back together? Am I missing any gears in the motor unit?
