Need help finding part # for trans warmer/cooler hose

    Does a topper count?
    I need help finding the part number for this little length of hose running to my trans warmer (the little puck on the trans not the actual radiator like cooling device) in the picture attached. Even just the hose diameter might work as it seems like maybe I will have to just go with off the shelf hose to get by. The hose I need is the lower hose I the pic though I may just get both while I'm at it. If anyone has input on what might cause that hose to leak other than being 280,000 miles old. I'm all ears. Thanks in advance.

    those are for the thermostat, not the warmer.

    Yes they are, I have regular hose there now as these took 5 ever to come in, I plan on installing them when Az is under 100 degrees. I figured they were the same.
