This noise only happen if the truck is moving AND the wheel steers. No noise if moving in straight direction. Any suggestions appreciated

Sounds like suspension to me. Dried out or worn bushings.

Sounds like a tiny rock is in-between the brake dust shield or something similar.

believe it or not, I also recently just started noticing the similar noise when the truck is reversing and turning the steering wheel, I almost sound like the tire is rubbing on the road but I am leaning towards some bushing up front is shot. my truck is 2020 and has about 30k miles on it.

Damn, yeah, for the first few days I really thought it sounded like my tire... I'm thinking bushings as well. I'll check it out soon, I'll let you know if I can figure out the actual problem.

Does it only do it if steering to one side? I don't see much suspension movement when you first start, and the sound starts. Does it do it in straight reverse if you are going slowly?
