I installed the 2019 Pro headlights on my 2017 SR5 using iHackers LED DRL dimming harness. This harness allowed the amber DRL to stay bright and the LED DRL to be dim. I am having an issue with one of the LED DRLs being bright and the other dim. iHacker has been awesome helping me troubleshoot. I have swapped sides withe harness- the issue reciprocated. iHacker sent me a new harness- no success. I flipped the metal pins in the main harness (iHacker guidance)- no success. When I switched the metal pins back to original location the issue was fixed. The issue is occurring again... Does anybody have any idea about a solution? Next step is apply a little dielectric grease to connector the I switch metal pins to. If that doesn't work and known has a solution iHacker will send me a different harness (LED DRL bright all the time). I must have taken the grill and lights out 6 x... broken clips, stripped plastic screw inserts... damn it. On the positive side my low/ high beams work and I can actually see at night.

Damn. Not sure what it could be? I always put dielectric grease on all connectors I change out

This is with parking lights on- the drivers side LED running light is bright and other is dim. Same with low/high beams on.

This is the connector I switched wires on and them returned to original as it was not the issue- when I switched back to original it worked for a few days- I will be putting grease on this connector to see if it does the trick. 8885B55E-D402-4F88-AEE9-295E33EB5C86.jpg

The grease didn't do any magic... unplugged the LED DRL connectors - new harness arrives Wednesday (bright all the time) - I really hope that works.
