I posted this in the tonneau section but it might be more 3rd Gen specific.
I made new extrusions for my backflip that are much more secure and has T slots on top so I can mount a rack without drilling into the bed. I finished the rack this week and bolted it all up. I’m very impressed with how sturdy it came out I have nonoticeable play in the bed rails or rack.
