    Hey
I am getting my truck dyno tuned by prospeed. I currently have long tube headers(took my front 2 cats off) and s&b intake. I am running 2.25 true dual borla s type and I am wanting to change to corsa pro series muffler wich are 2.5 . I asked prospeed what would be best for performance 2.25 pipes or 2.5 pipe. He said 2.5 would be best for increased airflow and gain a bit more power. What is yall opinion formy setup??

I have already gone through some old threads and can't find a good awnser or someone similar with my setup.
I've heard going up to 2.5 will lose low end gains but the people who said this don't have LTH and don't plan to tune....

Dual 3” makes the most power if you have long tube headers.

If you have long tube headers, whether or not you Dyno tune the truck, dual 3” makes the most low end. Mid range. And overall power than 2.25 or 2.5

When I went from dual 2.5 to 3in duals it was a big seat of the pants increase in power. The Torque onset was the biggest gain although no dyno too show it was definitely felt on the street.

ARH LT's into Borla XR1's with mid Helmz Rezzies and a Vibrant UQ Rez at the end of each tip. 3in all the way from header collector to exhaust tip.

Do you think the corsa pro series dual mufflers will be too loud ?
