Let’s see those blueprint trucks.

I’m taking my satin chrome pieces in for paint match, I stopped by the shop to check out the swatches and they need more purple. I’ll have my front end back together Tuesday with the pro grill.

 

Really like this 1794 blueprint. Did you go with Saddle Brown interior?

 

I haven’t been able to get a good pic to show the colour yet.

 

did you paint the stash or order new raw pieces to paint from scratch?

 

I took the front end apart and brought the grey pieces to a body shop for paint, they just sanded and painted no primer.

 

cool, Im wanting a platinum and do the same color and same front, but I dont think you can paint the smoked black chrome or whatever they have.

Gorgeous trucks, guys! The images on Toyota's website don't do that color justice.

 

Night time and cloudy days also don't do the color justice. It looks killer in sunlight!

So glad to hear I'm not the only one.
Blue is one of the few colors that looks good with (just a touch of) chrome.

 

I have mine now. I will prolly color match a few pieces like the mustache and mirrors. The first order of business will probably fixing the ride height. These trucks sit too low for my liking.

I like it in low light. Almost looks black.

 

I love this color and this truck. Currently have plans to replace the mustache with a paint matched version from Painted OEM parts, add RB20 running boards, get a canopy (looking at Leer 100XR but still holding out for an ARE Z2) and either lift it 3.5" or level it 2" and get new wheels and tires but haven't really sorted out what exactly. To be continued..

 

I agree! I'm chrome deleting my doors and tailgate. But... I saw an SR5 blueprint with a blacked out grille and color-matched mustache. I think I prefer the satin mustache on my Limited with the chrome logo on the grille. I think too much matte black on this color just doesn't look right.

However... I will end up color-matching the mustache & get the heritage grille at some point, like @Yaboy and @Prohit lol. Their trucks look so good!
