Anyone reactivated their connected services after switching to an aftermarket HU? I let mine expire after the swap and can no longer access the menu where you input the PIN code to verify the vehicle. I'm not finding it in any of the OEM or Maestro settings menus, and the iDatalink customer service has ignored me.

I pressed the SOS button and talked to the agent. She reactivated it for me after I explained that I no longer had the head unit in the car.

I have the remote start that I use with aftermarket HU. And have no problems.

That's interesting...I tried that a year and a half ago and was told without the OEM head unit it could not be done. I can't remember if the issue was I couldn't give her the ID # or was it they had to give me a code to input into the unit. Not a huge deal since with the platinum I think I get 10 years of remote start.

You might have to be more persistent with the operator. If I remember correctly, the operator had to ask their supervisor to get it done. Its possible.
The big reason I pushed the issue with them was because of the ability to use the app.
