21 lunar rock TRD pro Seqouia

Are the trd pro sway bars stiffer like the 2nd gens? Noticing a little bit of oversteer and off handling with all the weight up front and hoping to stiffen things up more. In the past trd pro and the sequoia had stiffer bars.

TRD Pro front sway bar (20% stiffer-so they say): 48804-0C020

Now, whether it's worth $450 to $700+, depending where you look, is up to you.
