Retired Chemical Engineer who's worked with most OEM's including Toyota Japan.

Already have the fat sliding broken seat trim at all of 3 weeks. I don't fit the door opening so there is no clearance to lift my butt. At 78" this is not unusual for me. That said, this is the first time I broke trim. Have no fear. I have another one ordered. Once I get it. I'll scan it and redesign it and then offer for sale a robust piece.

Then we'll go after Toyota for costs of them not doing the job right. Odd for Toyota.

Never piss off a retired engineer.
