I’m rebuilding the front end on my 07 and have the following on my list:

    Spindles (have take offs)
    UCA (have take offs)
    LCA
    Bearing assembly
    Sway bar
    Bump stops (bought timbrens)
Tie rods (should I do inner and outer?)
    CV boots

I installed trd pro shocks so I’m all set there.

Is there anything else I should be doing while I have everything apart?

Is there a reason to do all of those? Like why the sway bar and spindles? Definitely do both tie rods if you're going through all that hassle. And check the calipers, maybe take them apart and make sure they're not corroded and actuating nicely.

Picked up the spindles for cheap off a 21 and I want to switch to TRD sways.

Did a full brake rebuild last summer. Mostly I’m doing all this as a restoration project because I love having a RCSB and want to keep it fresh.

I recently replaced the outer tie rods with Coachbuilders. Definitely a beefier setup!

Oh crap, I totally dropped the ball on the new spindles…I replaced ALL my brake parts from the soft lines in last year. Guess I’ll have to figure out if I should replace my caliper or try to get another set of spindles.

Do you have a breakdown of cost on your rebuild?

front end as in crash or just upgrading ? I would do a 2.5 gen front conversion if we are talking body work as well.

If you're gonna do the LCAs, I recommend using your current LCAs and upgrading the bushings to Superpro poly bushings, and replacing the LBJ. That's what I did with mine.

I would but the nuts the sway bar screw into snapped off when I was swapping my shocks in.

How do you like the poly bushings? Are they Lois?

They are loud, I liberally greased them before installing.
