    Good afternoon everyone,
I just got a new Tundra as we have been running FJ's and now a fleet of 10 Tacoma's for our Agriculture business.

I have a 26.5 ft Coachman travel trailer bumper hitch and was wondering if there are heavier coils as the trailer squats the truck down quite a bite. Was thinking air bags but thought if there were heavier coils we would try. Thanks

First, Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! I'm not sure if there is anything yet for the '22's, especially since they went from leaf to coil springs. There are a lot of very knowledgeable towing guys on the site. If they don't respond to this post, try posting in the General or Towing forum to get their input.

At this point I do not believe there are any aftermarket springs out there geared towards towing. I.E. heavier spring rate, same spring length.

I'm in a similar situation and ordered a pair a Air-Lift bags for the rear last week that will be paired with an Air-Lift WirelessONE "EZ" compressor. You can always fill them up manually and not have onboard air, but the onboard air is so easy to install, that you'd be crazy not to unless you really don't want to spend the extra money. You can always add it after the fact too. The factory springs and shocks stay put, so the airbags only come into play when towing. This will allow you to retain the factory ride and deflate the bags to 5 PSI when not carrying a load (the Air-Ride WirelessONE will automatically keep them at a 5 psi minimum for just this. You won't even notice they're back there at 5 PSI. If you go that route I would recommend getting the "ultimate" bags as they have a Jounce spring internal to them if you hit some nasty bumps.

If you end up going this route, both are very easy to install.
