I recently bought a 2013 TRD tundra with the beefy tow hitch. It was previously in an accident and the hitch receiver was bent. I ordered a brand new hitch but the L-bracket that mounts to the frame is missing and I cannot find them anywhere. Does anyone have any beta on where they may be? Photo is not my truck but shows the part in question.

Also, the upper bolt holes on the hitch appear to be a larger size bolt than the bottom. The smaller bolts all came with the truck and i'll re-use them but I can't find if there is indeed a larger bolt size or if someone just wallowed out the holes. The thread pattern looks undamaged and the hole itself is clean.
