I went from a stock ‘19 TRD Sport and added 2.5” Pro Comp level, 35x12.50r17 Ridge Grapplers and Method wheels

truck rides great and is surprisingly quiet

However at highway speeds in the highest gear I have a subtle whining roaring sound that sounds like the RPM’s should be jumping from 1500-2000 and back down and back up again. The truck doesn’t feel like it’s pulling at all and the RPM’s remain steady

it’s very subtle but annoying enough I have to try and fix it. Would a computer recalibration fix this? And if so, any suggestions?

Yes that’s what it’s doing exactly. Only on the gas, then when I go up hill and shift down, no whine

If it's immediately following new tires I would guess it is the road noise, but with the adjustment to the suspension/height you may want to look at a carrier bearing spacer to see if that helps at all. Really hope it's an easier fix than @batman900 's was.

Easy way to check, pop the stock wheels and tires back on for a quick drive. If the noise goes away then you know it's the tires.

    Zolander and batman900 like this.
