What sensor is this?

    9547C4C4-0143-4663-B080-8C1E59AC3C0F.jpg DC6A6B24-8CEA-402B-AD7E-FECDE0BA38F9.jpg I bought my 2013 Tundra from my uncle who bought it new. He’s added some things to it so this could be one of them. The sensor is attached with three screws right into the front bumper/grill so it doesn’t seem factory at all. The power comes on with the key. The two wires run from sensor through firewall and behind drivers kick panel, then I loose them.

    Any idea what this is for?

    Looks like an ambient temp sensor to me
