Recall Coming - 2022 Tundra Rear Camera/Multimedia Software Bug

The Details
Vehicles recalled: 31,428 Toyota Tundra and Tundra Hybrids from the 2022 model year.

• Tundra: 28,986 units built between Nov. 3, 2021, and July 12, 2022.
• Tundra Hybrid: 2,442 units built between March 15, 2022, and June 8, 2022.

 

I was just in and did all 3 recall notices on my truck. Took about an hour..

ecu update
Camera system update (my truck didn’t do it)
And rear axle checked..

 

Recall was released last month. Most people who uses the app got notifications on their phone right away.
I had it done last month. App is great to keep up with recalls, I called for an appointment as soon as I saw it in the app and the dealer didn’t even know about it yet. The manager had to check his email and said toyota just released the fix couple hours before I called them.
