Rear Door Wire Harness

Hi, Does anyone knows how to insert back this harness grommet ?

The rubber where it goes into the door itself?

 

It goes into the frame column between the two doors. I removed it trying to open the passenger door that got locked and then I couldn’t put it back to where it was.

 

i have this issue i was running a short down when i popped this grommet off to check for continuity because i couldn't get it to release the plug i have been trying for 4 hours to get it back in anybody have any advice
