2018 Crewmax rear door bumper things

So, I’ve looked and searched for this. Found some info on the other bumper cushions but not this. Both rear doors are showing this missing. I suspect it contributes to a slight rattle from the door trim. I see the ones that pop in but not these threaded ones. I’ve looked through the exploded views of the door and haven’t found anything either.

So I’m here tapping the collective mind for a possible answer. Thanks!
