It’s a manual folding mirror. Power folding makes all the sense for a pro but unfortunately it is not an option as they were based on an sr5 platform

 

I have seen people modding them with a module available through a company that shall not be named here

 

Generally for 2.5 generation Tundras, if the oem (non-towing) mirror has a built in turn signal in the glass, it has power folding. There will also be a button beside the mirror adjustment. All others are manually folding.

It is possible to purchase a power folding capable set of mirrors but it requires wiring and a new switch to make it work.
