A lot of that is because of your little raccoon hands. Good for opening garbage cans and not much else.

Our agency still faxes everything because some area still do not have cell/high speed internet service. My park has no cell service if I go 1/4 away from my HQ

Mostly due to the fact that our HQs are 1/2 to 2 miles into the forest, and the state is not willing to run the lines for high speed into the parks, though they are at the same time mandating everything goes digital.

I can think of a couple of activities where a claw would be less than ideal.

I had the complete opposite experience. iOS is extremely intuitive and reliable. I switched away from windows long ago in favor of MacOS but still even have 2 Linux machines (one in Parrot for ummm… covert coffee shop operations lol, and one in Manjaro (Arch distro)).
I stuck with Android as long as I could, trying to convince myself that iPhones were for sheep and that Android was master race, yada yada… but it became unbearable. Also, Android is completely full of holes. It sounds counterintuitive but iOS is far more secure than Android.
At the end of the day, I wanted simplicity and consistency between applications. Android apps are generally built on a “one size fits all” approach due to the massive number of phones that run android. iOS is iOS… Apps are therefore far more polished.
Im not customizing icons or needing a different launcher, not rooting, none of that. I dont want to do anything past changing wallpaper these days. What I thought I was giving up I quickly realized I didnt miss after about 2 days on iOS.
Typically the next thing I hear is based on hardware… “we have such and such camera” blah blah. I had the 108mp camera on the 21 Ultra and you know what? My iPhone 13 takes consistently better photos than it did. I just cant zoom as far which makes photos look like garbage anyway. The software behind iOS hardware is far more polished, and thats why.
Also, working with my hands, and them constantly being in gloves or covered in dirt and asphalt, or fingerprints scratched up, it is so much easier having FaceID to unlock my phone instead of 10 tries of fingerprint scanning.
