One of my RF resistant cargo lights from VLEDS have failed as well. I was told I'd have to remove both bulbs and destroy them, before they would start a warranty claim, despite the fact that they are aware of the issue with this particular bulb. I was also told that these bulbs were on backorder, just like when I ordered them originally. Guess I'm supposed to drive around without cargo lights until then, unless I buy bulbs again?

From what I've read here, I can expect the replacement bulbs to fail within 6 months as well, so now I'm looking for a better solution, and a refund.

I may just try the EMI tape I've read about, with a different brand bulb of course.

I am going back to the Vled High power bulbs that I had and I'll just leave the switch off. Check with Headlight Revolution. If I recall, they have GTR bulbs that don't cause interference.

Do you have your stock bulbs you can put back in for the time being?

I do, but I'd rather just replace the defective VLEDS with something that will work for more than 6 months, since their replacement bulbs will likely fail too.

I just left my light bulbs out while I waited for my warranty to come in. Although I still had my eom bulbs. I just didn't want to keep opening that up again for the thousandth time.

My VLEDS haven't gone out since replacing them earlier. But I'm getting a bumper that I can add lights to in the rear. And looking into getting a roof rack where I can add more lights for a perimeter area while camping.

I've just been in the middle of no where at night and found the eom lights suck. Couldn't see anything.

I have the GTR cargo lights from headlight revolution. They also affect my key fob signal. I even tried covering the entire reflector with Emi tape but still did not help the problem.

Yeah I'm just to the point where I'm going back to the good Vleds that I had and will leave the switch off.

I wish I could figure out a way to just turn them into additional 3rd brake lights. As cargo lights, they serve no purpose to me.

Pull the light, disconnect the cargo harness and run taps from the center brake for extra vled red in the cargo spot?

Easier said than done but sounds logical in my head at the moment
