My 2008 Tundra SR5 Crewmax 5.7 will sometimes be sluggish to go when I push the gas pedal. It only happens when I first crank it up and even then, not every time. It will do it once or twice a week. All other times it does just fine. I have had the truck for a couple of years and it has always done this. Does anyone else have this happen?

    Too many, but not enough....
sounds like possibly the tranny is cold and needs to warm up abit. I notice if i drive immediately after i start it up, the tranny is laggy and "off" for a few minutes until the fluid heats up a bit.

Does it feel like the engine is bogging down or anything? Is your RPMs normal?
