Has anyone else seen buckling of the rubber gasket (not sure if that is what it is called) that lines the front window? I’ve got it on both driver and passenger side. It seems like a fit and finish issue.18EC5356-1F89-404A-BB5E-2A984D8D21B1.jpg

I have the same thing. Not sure what is causing it. Seems to be only cosmetic so far. I havent experienced any leakage. Its pretty frustrating.

Same issue here. I have this problem, a small buckle in the rubber around the sunroof (driver’s side), and the trim at the bottom of the door on both sides starting to come apart, issues on my list for my next dealer visit. Also, I got a weird “SRS Malfunction, See Dealer” message that I need them to check out. You just have to accept that you will have issues when you buy the new revision of a model. Especially when it has not been updated in so long.

Have the same issue on both sides. Driver’s side looks worse. Also ALL of the exterior door trim is coming off. Pretty aggravated abt it all.

So is this something I should see if the dealership can fix? Seems odd for a truck that cost almost $70k…

I had same issue on my truck. Took it to dealer and they replaced with one that is less buckled, but still wavy. My grandfather truck door gasket is nearly flat. His is May built, mine is January built. No issue with my passenger side. Completely flat.

Wavy here on the driver’s side also…I poked at it a few times and gave up.

If I ever start to spring leaks anywhere with some of these similar trim pieces I figure I’ll take it in but I guess I got over them for now.

Had it on 3 of my 4 doors. Dealer took care of it and replaced all 4 when I went for my 5,000 mile oil change. 3 weeks later and its still good to go, so the replacement has worked.

Had the dealer replace all of my door rubber trimmings under warranty. The exterior flashing was peeling off on its own. Looked like shit. Apparently it's just some VHB 3M tape underneath most of it.
