I put a deposit on my Platinum 5/17/2022.
    Build date 5/12/22
    Rail depart 5/19/22
    Rail arrive 6/17/22
    QC hold 28 day 6/16/22
Today is 7/24 and still no ETA or further QC hold status or time frame. Are all the higher end Tundras on hold right now here in the US?

The real question is does the QC hold really affect your trucks? In all honesty, are they going to get a truck off a railcar to make an update? My wait wasn't as bad your yours, but the railcar delivery was absurd with weeks long delays no one could explain. After slowly making it's way from Tx to Tn, mine sat on a railcar for a week or two just 2 hrs from my house.

It should be an option to take factory delivery, like a Corvette. Not because its something amazing or that it should be some amazing experience, but so people can actually get their shit.

As much as I like that idea, a lot of Toyotas, such as the Tundra, have port/yard installed parts and accessories. Customers can't pick up incomplete vehicles.

it also could be a lack of OTR drivers to haul the vehicles to dealers depending on your location (especially California with that new law)
