That sounds nice until you realize the way they would accomplish this is only touching major hubs. "Flyover country" would become more than just coastal elitist snobbery and an actual detriment to a large portion of the country having access to flights at all.

It's like $1000 to fly anywhere in Canada so I don't really want to hear any complaints from any of you Americans about how bad flying is.

I recommend buying horses. They require more upkeep than a cat or dog tho, and some land ..

 

You realize that after adjusting for the currency difference it's not that much different for us? The big differences would be that we (used to) be pretty self sufficient in fuel production and plane production. Made it a bit cheaper here.

 

Except a horse going 40 miles has about the same CO2 emissions as a Corvette going 40 miles. They'll come for those, too.

Anyway, moving away from ban land topics, how's that Frontier treating you and Manny? Was he putting pressure on you to upgrade to the Tundra he was sittin' in?

This new gen Frontier is great. I would have bought a 22 Taco if it was better. It's not even close. I have the funds to pay more for a Taco. My Nissan dealer sells so many 22 Frontier's It's scary. It's simply better than the Taco. Lots of aftermarket lifts and suspension support already! A good sign. On that note, I've observed all the roll out issues with the new Tundra here. The new Tundra will be OK. The front looks quite decent paint matched. Front chrome surround really does look weird. Beauty is skin deep. I'll leave it at that...

Not really too many issues that they didn’t already address on the line for remainder of production. Most of us literally have one recall for a rearview camera. Beyond that, I’m at 3k with no issue, about to take a 2500mi round trip. I agree; Tundra will be ok.
I agree also on the front end look, but I do think the chrome actually looks quite good on black or blue trucks.

The video limitation is the most annoying part. I keep having to explain to my mom that the videos she sends from her Scamsung are below potato quality. I think she's finally going to switch over though.

 

It's so stupid. My Samsung would take such high quality videos and then compress the ever-loving shit out of them when you sent them to someone.
