    We are back in stock!

As some of you may know, the 2019-2021 Tundra’s and Sequoia’s do not come with a transmission cooler. Instead, they have a heat exchanger that uses the hot coolant from the engine in an effort to cool your transmission. This method of cooling is not effective for many owners that tow, off-road, or just live in a hot climate. You may not even know your transmission is overheating as the Tundra does not have a transmission pan temperature gauge. If you have seen a warning on your dash displaying “High Transmission Fluid Temp”, this means the ATF in the transmission pan has reached 302° F (operating temperature of Toyota ATF WS is 68-221° F). Although you may not have seen this warning before, you could still be running well above the max operating temperature of 221° F without knowing.
Each kit features OEM Toyota parts from the thermostat to the piping routed underneath the truck to the cooler. Additionally, only quality Susa hose and fittings are provided as aftermarket parts to complete each kit, ensuring reliability and performance of the transmission cooling system.

The Setrab, Series-9, 15-row cooler kit offered by Genuine Cooling Systems is the closest to a direct factory replacement transmission cooler for the 5.7L Tundra on the market today. For owners wanting more cooling efficiency over the 15-row, the 20-row will provide that (while supplies last).

We do offer transmission cooler kits for the 4.6L Tundra as well as a “add on” transmission cooler kit for the 2011-2018 5.7L Tundra.

Great kit. Been running mine for over the last year. Adds confidence when towing the travel trailer.

Max operating temp of 221? Do you have a link for that?

Works great, easy install and looks factory. Kit comes complete with quality parts. Brackets look awesome, no Mickey Mouse flimsy angle iron used. I tow a travel trailer from time to time in the southern heat. This gives me a bit more peace of mind.

As I've recently fully renewed my commitment to keep my Tundra long term, I'm really considering what the future mods would be. You're cooler kit is definitely on the list, but I remember from your older posts and that you offered two different styles. For the life of me I cannot remember which style you said was compatible with a Magnusson SC. Can you confirm that these coolers would be compatible with a SC?

If I win the lottery that I don't buy tickets for, sure. I just want to keep the option open.

I went with the $648,200,000 payout. Need the money to quench my mod addiction.

If someone went with this trans cooler versus getting one directly from Toyota, would it cause issues with the Toyota extended warranty, possibly?

In my experiences it depends on the dealership…. Meaning I have dealt with shitty dealerships that nitpick everything and I have dealt with great ones that really didn’t care as long as they were modest upgrades. I have had suspension parts warrantied on Toyota’s that have had lifts kits and such. Some dealerships would NOT even touch them.
