Front passenger side seems to make a hollow clunk when the suspension unweights a bit over a bump or when it drops into a pothole or a dip in the road at like a manhole cover. I am pretty sure this is new but I also am doubting myself and wondering if I never noticed before.

Suspension is stock except I swapped the front sway bar to a TRD sway bar.

Visually I don’t see anything that appears loose or unusual in any way. Steering seems fine.

Any ideas of what to check?

I would just double check your sway bar. Other than that just take it to the dealer. It’s under warranty.

Check your shock mount nuts, top hat nut, UCA? Anything not normal in the wheel well?

Any leaking fluids? How many miles? How deep are these pot holes?

15,910 miles. Pot holes might be strong for what I am referring to. Spots where the top layer of asphalt has worn away so 1-2” deep.

Can’t see anything unusual in the wheel wells. Compared passenger to driver side and not seeing anything that looks different. Going to go past the tire place in the morning who will do a pre-trip check for free to see if they spot anything.
